Agreement

By downloading or using Soundshine, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the software.

License

Soundshine is licensed, not sold. A purchased license grants you the right to use Soundshine on one Mac at a time. You may transfer your license between Macs by deactivating on one and activating on another.

Free Trial

The free trial includes all features with a periodic audio watermark added to the routed microphone feed. The watermark does not affect your local speaker audio.

Intellectual Property

Soundshine and all associated materials are the property of Aaron Hampton. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the software.

Disclaimer

Soundshine is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Soundshine installs a CoreAudio driver on your system. While designed to be safe and lightweight, you use the software at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Aaron Hampton be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of Soundshine.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of Soundshine after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
